We are looking for a Remedy proffesional to join a large blue chip company in developing the next generation of call logging facilities.This role requires the migration of Assyst Helpdesk to Remedy Helpdesk, so would require involvement from analysis through to transition support and therefore a good telephone manner and support skills are desirable as well as the technical skills.The skills required experience in Remedy Admin Part 1 & 2,Remedy Modules – Helpdesk*SLA*Asset*Change Management v5.5,Data migration experience Remedy or otherwise, Assyst Help Desk * Service Management experience.MSB Technology (a division of MSB International PLC) is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
